Die Lehrveranstaltung ist Bestandteil des Wahlmodul 6: Projektentwicklung, Projektbewertung und Immobilienwirtschaft

Voraussetzung ist die Absolvierung der VU Ökonomische Methoden der Projektbewertung oder der VO Bewertungs- und Evaluationsmethoden in der Raumplanung oder einer vergleichbaren Lehrveranstaltung zur Einführung in das Fachgebiet der Evaluierungs- und ökonomische Bewertungsmethoden.
Sehr empfehlenswert ist die Absolvierung der VO Nutzen-Kosten-Analyse aus dem Wintersemester (online im Videoformat).
Sollten Sie die VO Nutzen-Kosten-Analyse noch nicht besucht haben, aber trotzdem das Seminar Ökonomische Bewertungsmethoden absolvieren wollen, dann kommen Sie bitte am 4. März zur Kick-off Veranstaltung uns sprechen sie mich (L. Schefcik) bitte darauf an.
