After successful completion of the course, students are able to recognize integrated connections between mobility and space as well as mobility and society and to project them into the future. Furthermore, they have the ability to apply specific methods of transport planning such as mobility surveys in practice. Furthermore, they achieve the competence to design target group specific mobility measures in different social and spatial contexts.
Based on a precise definition analysis of mobility and grouping approaches of mobility behavior, survey methods of mobility behavior , determinants of mobility development as well as approaches of mobility management are shown.
