After successful completion of the course, students are able to search for, analyse and apply information's in the online legal information system. There is an intensive discussion of the spatial planning laws of the individual federal states, whereby the contents are checked in theory and their practical application.

The students deal with aspects of land policy, with the focus in this seminar on the amendments to the spatial planning laws in recent years.

The essential framework conditions of the spatial planning laws are dealt with. The students should analyse the amendments in the planning laws of the individual federals states in more detail in terms of content and land policy goals. The process is based on key issues (natural hazards, contractual spatial planning etc.).
