After successful completion of the course, students are able to apply qualitative social research methods. This includes various approaches to the collection of empirical data as well as the evaluation of data.
The course provides an overview of qualitative research methods. Emphasis will be put on conducting and interpreting interviews, policy analysis, discourse analysis, and on socio-spatial analysis.
