After successful completion of the course, students are able to to make a corresponding offer or develop a project proposal on the basis of a call for tenders or a research call.
The main goals of the lecture are:
- Students are able to classify different research and planning projects according to different types of research and planning (theoretical knowledge)
- Students can ciritically reflect upon and discuss certain parts of reasearch and planning designs (analytical knowledge)
- Students are able to independentlly summarize and disseminate knowledge produced in research and planning projects logically and well structured (practical skills)
- Students have the ability to develop research and planning designs independently
- Students know about the pitfalls and challenges of producing research and planning designs
In the first exercise, various calls for proposals (in combination with selected projects) are researched, documented and contrasted. In exercise two, they have to develop a proposal for a research project or offer for a planning project according to a project call in groups.
The course will be held in presence mode in 2023. All dates will take place on site.
Group assignment: On 5.10.2023, the first session will be held at 9:00 am. During this unit, the groups for the exercise will be formed.
In order to participate in the exercise, attendance on this event is compulsory!
