After successful completion of the course, students are able to understand the role of communication and particpation strategies in the field of spatial planning and to critically asses current approaches.
Strategies and processes of participation within spatial planning and architecture are presented and classified throughout a historical overview and will be dicussed critically regarding their impacts in planning action and social effects.
Moreover methodological aspects are presented on the base of international examples and theoretical context.
On the base of an own recherche examples of the planning reality will be discussed and classified critically.
