Das Seminar ermöglicht den Studierenden einen weitgehend selbstorganisierten, interaktiven und praxisorientierten Arbeitsprozess. Die Studierenden arbeiten als eine „Peergroup“, die sich gegenseitig bei der Ausarbeitung von Fragestellungen Gestaltung der Events unterstützt und berät.

Inhaltliche Ausgangspunkte des Seminars sind nicht konkrete Vorschläge für zu untersuchende Sachverhalte, sondern aktuelle Situation der Gleichstellung an der TU Wien. Die Studierenden sind gefordert Interventionsfelder unterstützt durch die Peergruppe zu identifizieren und zu visualisieren.
