Tasks are provided weekly and can be prepared by students for the exercises and presented on the blackboard. In addition, exams must be taken during the semester.
The course is an elective subject in the study.
The course is planned as a distance course, i.e. there will be exercises at defined times that will be held online. All further details will be discussed at the preliminary discussion (= preliminary discussion of the lecture). Attendance is compulsory in the UE!

Good command of the computing techniques of school mathematics (upper level AHS, BHS or equivalent vocational higher schools).To refresh and to compensate for any deficits, reference is made explicitly to the mathematics approximation course at TU Wien (see previous courses). These contents are briefly repeated in the course, but are essentially required.
