This seminar aims at boosting both the contents and the quality of the diploma thesis in the field of information law that is elaborated. Furthermore the approach of the participants as to technology law should be widened when coming into contact with the working fields of the other diploma candidates.

Presentation of new scientific literature and of judicial decisions as well as of tendencies in the field of legal policy as to data and information law. Presentation and profound discussion of the results of work on the diploma thesis. Peer review by means of delivering a written opinion as a so-called "advocatus diaboli".

Diese Lehrveranstaltung hat prüfungsimmanenten Charakter. Beurteilt wird die Gesamtperformance der Teilnehmer/innen.
