Participants will learn to understand legal problems arising in the context of the internet. They will furthermore learn to handle such legal questions at least basically and to co-operate with lawyers in an interdisciplinary manner.
The Exercise deals with legal aspects of the internet. Participants will be confronted with relevant cases (identify the legal questions, analyze the problems, search for legal documents, write a short comment, give recommendations etc.). An important aspect will be to search for legal materials on the internet. The Exercice will be carried out in part in a lecture-room, in part as an online course (TUWEL).
