After successful completion of the course, students are able to solve simple legal questions in relateion to business law context situations and to make a first assessment of legal framework govering corporate law constructions.After a successful completion of the course, students are able to
- assess when and what sort of public procurement rules apply (value limits and thresholds, awards below and above EU thresholds, order value calculation)
- apply different types of procedures below and above the EU thresholds (schedule, deadlines and deadlines)
- differentiate between selection criteria, qualitative selection criteria and contract award criteria
- implement the mandatory requirements for tender documents and specifications
- identify procurement-related consequences and design options
- recognize legal remedies
- apply procurement law in practice.
