After successful completion of the course, students are able to independently question spatial planning principles in a critical examination of areas of responsibility for urban development planning and to discuss and readjust areas of action in the field of planning.

The course is integrated in the ZUKUNFT STADT lecture series. Together with our guest we discuss spatial planning strategies, digitalisation and new challenges in urban planning processes. 

Discursive examination of topics of planning practice in climate change within the framework of the lecture series; literature-based, in-depth processing of a specific topic within the scope of an essayistic work; editorial, reflexive examination of all text contributions for the design of a magazine
