- potentials for influencing the private sector decisions,
- impacts and limitations of public decisions,
- Concepts of infrastructure
- Economics of infrastructure
- Pricing of infrastructure services
- Norm costs (expenditure) and revenues (cost coverage)
- Financing of infrastructure
- Significance of spatial structures for infrastructure service costs and provision.
Applicability and practicability
- Land use <-> Impacts on public budgets
- (Economic) concepts for analyzing infrastructures, relfection and theoretical underpinning of the professional planning practice
