Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to independently create integrative spatial development concepts.

Students are also able to apply the knowledge acquired in the basic courses independently, cross-sectionally and integratively, as well as problem- and task-related, and to evaluate and design development opportunities from different spatial and actor-specific perspectives (through a change of perspective from the local to the city-wide and / or regional scale or vice versa).

By creating the spatial development concept in small groups, the students practice the competence to work and communicate in teams and to develop goals, norms for qualities and projects in discourse.

Subject of course

Implementation of integrative spatial development planning for the region of GeMaPriMa (consisting of the communies Gerersdorf, Markersdorf-Haindorf, Prinzersdorf and St. Margarethen an der Siernig), starting from a problem- and planning-oriented regional survey and analysis of the status quo, overall concepts and development strategies (objectives, actions) as well as implementation-orientated approaches and solutions and resulting in an integrative spatial development concept (no additive sectoral concepts!).

Further information under "Documents" (course registration necessary).
