The aim of the "AVA exercise" is to learn about methods and instruments for the realisation of an architectural plan into an errected building.

5) Methods of the tender-process,

6) Aspects of on-site building inspection and management.

BDF and AVA is a seminar in the bachelor s studies on the basis of the knowledge of the Baudurchführung (building process) and building construction lecture. The focused topics (from the finished plan to the realised building) in this lecture will be exemplarily wrought on basis of a building construction or basis course design exercise.

Written Results for the themes of the exercises and notes about the meetings, finished until 31.1.2017.

Results of the exercise should be presented and given without any paperwork - only as elektronic data-set.

Weekly presentation by beamer, final dokumentation is to be given by CD.

Es wird sehr dringend empfohlen folgende Lehrveranstaltungen vor BDF-Übungsbeginn erfolgreich abgeschlossen zu haben: HOCHBAU-ÜBUNG (aus sachlichen Gründen ist dies praktisch eine Voraussetzung, wobei es um den Erwerb der Erkenntnisse aus der Übung geht)
