Aim of course

Basic knowledge of business accountancy with regard to real estate, in particular project development, and methods of project evaluation and how to finance a project.

Subject of course

1. Object and methods of business administration in developing projects of real eastate. 2. Methods of investment calculation in real estate. 3. Real estate evaluation. 4. Financing projects. 5. Economic processes, actors and activities and the choice of legal form of the enterprise.

This lecture is part of the modul 3 'project development and real estate' of the study course for urban and regional planning. This modul is also accepted at the study courses for architecture and construction engineering.
