After successful completion of the course, students are able to orientate in the field of European and Austrian Public economic law. They understand the framework conditions under the Austrian Economic Constitution and the EU internal market, on basis of which the state can structure and regulate the market. They apprehend in essence, how central areas of EU public economic law (eg. law regarding the professions, plant permit law, infrastructure law or public procurement law) function.
