After successful completion of the course, students are able to analyze given facts in respect of relevant aspects of informatics law and to write a basic legal assessment, pertaining to selected fields of law.
The Exercise deals with legal aspects of the internet. Participants will be confronted with relevant cases (identify the legal questions, analyze the problems, search for legal documents, write a short comment, give recommendations etc.). An important aspect will be to search for legal materials on the internet. The Exercice will be carried out in part in a lecture-room, in part as an online course (TUWEL).
These exercises are completely held online (in WS 2022/23) via elearning course (TUWEL). Processing of several online tasks.
