After successful completion of the course, students are able to develop and implement methods and work processes for the collective realisation of an urban intervention. Insight into the planning and execution of the Austrian contribution to the Venice Architecture Bienniale will facilitate an understanding of future work in the context of exhibition design - from planning to implementation.
sudden workshop – Biennale Architettura 2020
The aim of the artistic project is the 1:1 implementation of the exhibition design of the Austrian contribution to the 17th international architecture exhibition La Biennale di Venezia 2020 in the form of an open, collaborative building process.
- collective building process- 1:1 design- use of construction templates and open source building instructions- involvement of interested parties and mediation work in collective building- reflection and discussion within the group
