Learning outcomes
After successful completion of the course, students are able to understand Land Art and Environmental Art, to analyse landscape types and develop and implement design concepts in certain locations and to present their results. This field study takes place in connection with Design Studio "Border Incident".
Subject of course
Students will deal with concepts of Land Art and will prepare a presentation. In the course of a excursion the planning area and wider surroundings will be visited and analysed and the results will be recorded from a planning perspective. Design drafts will be developed in a concentrated phase and the result as well as the process of developing ideas will be presented. The final design results will be presented. There is an opportunity to take part in an international student competition.
