After successful completion of the course, students are able to prepare a feasibility analysis with a simple developer calculation and subsequently to create an ideal development and usage concept for a property.
The students will carry out a project development on a real project with the following content:
> Usage concepts
> Location and market analysis
> Profitability analysis
> Simple project developer calculation
Introduction to the UE takes place on 19.3 in SR 8. There are 3 correction dates and one date for the final presentation.
Die Teilnahme an der UE ist mit der Aufnahme in das Modul Projektentwicklung und Immobilienwirtschaft gekoppelt. Es werden keine Studierenden aufgenommen die nicht am Modul teilnehmen.
Regular participation in the correction appointments.
Final presentation of the exercise task according and submission of an exercise folder.
