recognize the potential of Smart Occupancy (multiple use) in practice and in everyday life and developing strategies to exploit the potential of multiple use.
You will know and understand the essential legal, technical and economic foundations of multiple use and apply these in the planning of buildings and operations.
They are able to further develop their own competences for the implementation of the strategies.
The elective seminar of the Winter Semester 2019/20 will focus on developments that will shape the design tasks of architects, urban planners and project developers more than ever:
Smart Occupancy - what contribution can multiple use make to solve societal challenges? What role can architects play?
The seminar focuses on legal, technical and economic aspects of project development and the basics of project management. Industry professionals and company founder will also participate to share their point of view and experience on the topic.
