Exercise fundamental theories and methods within real estate development processes which where presented|learned within the lecture 260.294 Real Estate Development.
Following the LECTURE 260.294 Project Development the Students will solve a real estate development task within the exercise course 260.296:
A building will be developed on a concrete site. For the project proposal simple economic efficiency calculations are performed. These calculations usually are the basis or cause investment-decisions in practise.
The execise needs attendence at two fixed dates/days.
Students will form interdisciplinary groups of 2 to max. 3 people. Single work is only exceptional.
We will hand out information-material about the methods / tools / aids which are requirements for the development of the task one week before course-day at the latest.
The methods which were introduced within the lecture are disposed and if necessesary adapted in the exercise part.
The real estate development exercise is handed in at the end of the course-day in an .pdf format to wiegand@tuwien with the following "Betreff": Übung Projektentwicklung

Participation at the 2 exercise-dates and positive degree on the exercise.
