Within this module the students gain basic Know-How of real estate development. An introduction of decision-making and responsibility within specific contexts for the job and for cooperation with real estate development companies come to the fore.
Professional and systematic Know-How: to know, to understand and to be able to adopt fundamental theories and methods within real estate development processes:
- acquisition of land properties, planning services etc.
- achievement of market analysis, location studies, etc.
- product positioning in the market and
- rough conception, simulation and evaluation of use, building and financing.
