Aim of course

The main focus of this course are the situation specific skills, competences and abilities for

- the work in and collaboration with land- and real estate development companies,

- the urban and regional development in cooperation with real estate development companies and providers in the area of public-private-partnerships (PPP) and

- the conscious design and organization of the institutional landscape for real estate- and urban development.

Der Schwerpunkt der LVA liegt 2018 auf dem Bereich der Nacheinander- und Mehrfachnutzung von Immobilien.
