The main focus of this course are the situation specific skills, competences and abilities for
- the work in and collaboration with land- and real estate development companies,
- the urban and regional development in cooperation with real estate development companies and providers in the area of public-private-partnerships (PPP) and
- the conscious design and organization of the institutional landscape for real estate- and urban development.
Technical and methodical skills: knowledge, understanding and application of the relevant theories and methods in the context of transfer of public duties and responsibilities (responsibility for the provision of public infrastructure, urban development and much more) to private stakeholders and intermediaries:
- conscious design and organization of the institutional landscape for real estate- and urban development,
- assurance of sustainability.
Cognitive and practical skills:
- Analysis of information dissemination and incentive structures in urban development situations,
- institutional landscapes of real estate - and urban development and
- allocation of mandates for performances in the public interest.
Social competencies, innovation competencies and creativity:
- Organisation and support of networks,
- innovation competencies for the creation and generation of new stakeholders and institutions in urban- and real estate development.
Institutional landscape of urban- and real estate development in the context of: possibilities, opportunities and threats of transfer of public duties and responsibilities (responsibility for the provision of public infrastructure, urban development and much more) to private stakeholders and intermediaries.
Diese LVA ist Teil des Moduls Projektentwicklung und Immobilienwirtschaft.
Das Modul "Projektentwicklung und Immobilienwirtschaft" richtet sich an Studierende der Architektur und der Raumplanung. Es ist im Studienplan für Architekten mit 10 ECTS + 2 ECTS als Ergänzungsfach vorgesehen und im Studienplan für Raumplaner mit 12 ECTS (9 ECTS + 3 ECTS). Das Modul entspricht dem Studienplan für Raumplaner und enthält LVAs mit 9 ECTS + 3 ECTS; d.h.: als Stud. der Architektur müssen Sie 12 ECTS belegen, um das 10 ECTS-Modul zu absolvieren.
Im kommenden Sommersemester wird das Modul wieder mit 10 ECTS + 2 ECTS als Ergänzungsfach angeboten.
Für Studierende der Architektur: Anmeldung vorerst nur über die zentrale Gesamtanmeldung des Sondermoduls 260.240 Projektentwicklung und Immobilienwirtschaft möglich! Erst wenn fest steht, wer für das Gesamtmodul teilnahmeberechtigt ist, wird die Anmeldung für diese LVA geöffnet.
Für Studierende der Raumplanung: Anmeldung vorerst nur über die zentrale Gesamtanmeldung des Moduls Projektentwicklung und Immobilienwirtschaft per Mail an Katharina Reiterits (katharina.reiterits@tuwien.ac.at). Erst wenn fest steht, wer für das Gesamtmodul teilnahmeberechtigt ist, wird die Anmeldung für diese LVA geöffnet.
Für diejenigen die jedoch ein Modul mit 15,0 ECTS benötigen, besteht die Möglichkeit einen Antrag zur Genehmigung eines Sondermoduls, gemäß § 5 Abs. 4 Z 4 Curriculum des Masterstudiums Architektur der TU Wien / 10.2014, beim Dekanat einzubringen.
