  • to recognize the phases of group development
  • to research the conditions for work ability
  • to identify the functions of leadership and authority
  • to recognize the importance of differences and conflicts in groups
  • to recognize the importance of cooperation and inclusion
  • to  differentiate the different levels of communication (verbal / non-verbal)
  • to  Interpret the effectiveness of emotions and put them into words
  • to  describe the experience, recognition and further development of your own role in the group process
  • to experience and recognize your own strengths and areas of learning in order to cooperate effectively in groups
  • to verbalize your concerns, emotions and observations

Subject of course

Theory based practicing of observing and analyzing group processes (occasionally video-analyzing): Functions of leadership, differences and conflicts in groups, Prerequisites for high performance, Phases of group development, levels of communication (verbal/nonverbal), influence of emotions.

Teaching methods

Processing and analysis of group dynamics

working in groups, small groups and individual work.

Continuous attendance is required during the defined seminar times.

IMPORTANT: Attendance at the Zoom Kick-Off on 24.3. is mandatory. Please join via computer with active audio and video function (please not via mobile phone - it is necessary to be able to see all participants in the gallery view).

IMPORTANT: If it is necessary from a pandemic point of view, the offline group phases will be postponed until the summer.
