  • to recognize the importance of differences and conflicts in groups

  • to  differentiate the different levels of communication (verbal / non-verbal)
  • to  Interpret the effectiveness of emotions and put them into words
  • to  describe the experience, recognition and further development of your own role in the group process
  • to experience and recognize your own strengths and areas of learning in order to cooperate effectively in groups
  • to verbalize your concerns, emotions and observations

Subject of course

Theory based practicing of observing and analyzing group processes (occasionally video-analyzing): Functions of leadership, differences and conflicts in groups, Prerequisites for high performance, Phases of group development, levels of communication (verbal/nonverbal), influence of emotions.

Continuous attendance is required during the defined seminar times.

Additional information

Participation in the online teaching event in April is only possible on the computer and in a quiet disturbance-free working environment (please not via cell phone - for the group processes it is necessary to be able to see all participants in the gallery view). You will need a stable internet connection and active audio and video (mic, webcam). The seminar is highly interactive and depends on your participation.
