This design studio is strongly connected to the modul meta architecture. However, it can also be taken seperately.

Our focus will be how architecture is communicated to different target groups - how should a contemporary museum look like and which role does the architecture play when it comes to museum design? What are the limits of the architecture ? We will take a look at topics such as architecture marketing, Bilbao effect, cross-programming, and the implications of digital art.

The task will be to design a Museum for Digital Art in Venice. It is important to connect the project with established local artistic activities , such as the architecture biennale, but also other local art institutions.
