Deepening of the courses of the module 259.044 Module Planning and Construction Management: Scheduling, resource planning, network planning technique; path-time / time-performance / time-volume diagrams, 4D-BIM, time management within the planning and construction phases. Cost planning according to ÖN B 1801.1 and DIN 276, digital quantity determination, 5D-BIM, element cost calculation, life cycle costing according to ÖN B 1801.2, cost management during the planning and construction phases, performance cost calculation, planning and management of target costs.

Successfully passed the course 253.G70 Baudurchführung und AVA or 270.103 Building Construction.
Basic knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM), application knowledge of BIM-capable CAD software and AVA software.
