After successful completion of the course, students are able to plan, manage and control complex architectural-/large-scale projects. The lectures focus on general planning, project management and control in all phases of performance - from the preliminary design to the handover of the building.

Introduction Systems engineering; project organisation, project management and control of complex architectural projects; general planning and construction management of complex architectural projects; planning modes an content; performance and remuneration models; Best bidding procedures for services, construction and delivery services; architectural competitions; standards and regulations; Anti-claim management, handling of performance changes, supplementary review, in-depth offer review in accordance with BVergG 2018; dealing with planning, procurement and construction risks; test engineering.

Lectures, analysis of complex architectural plans, discourse on case studies.
