Nach positiver Absolvierung der Lehrveranstaltung sind Studierende in der Lage develop and deliver a critical review of topics within advanced architectural design in healthcare. Also, students will be able to integrate their knowledge from other sources and communicate the findings from research in written form.

The seminar will deal with analysing in detail one of the advanced architectural features in the domain of healthcare facilities design. Targeted research and analysis of specific tools or features aim to generate a database of knowledge that supports designers and accelerates innovation in the domain of advanced architectural design.

The New Perspectives in Healthcare Design course will take place on Mondays from 11:30 until 13:00, with the first session on Monday, October 2nd 2023, and the last session on Monday, January 15th 2024.

Final assessment: project submission and oral presentation.

Fluency in CAAD programs in 2D and 3D.Understanding of the design process as it happens in practice.
