After successful completion of the course, students are able to plan and control the project dates and construction costs for architectural projects. They deepen the methods of scheduling and cost planning in construction.

J27 Module Planning and Construction Management: Scheduling, resource planning, network planning technique; path-time / time-performance / time-volume diagrams, 4D-BIM, time management within the planning and construction phases. Cost planning according to ÖN B 1801.1 and DIN 276, digital quantity determination, 5D-BIM, element cost calculation, life cycle costing according to ÖN B 1801.2, cost management during the planning and construction phases, performance cost calculation, planning and management of target costs.
