Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to check the calculation of construction prices and to assess the price adequacy. You will learn the basics of building calculation according to ÖNORM B 2061.

Deepening of the courses of the module 253. J27 Module Planning and Construction Management: Calculation of construction prices according to ÖNORM B 2061: price components, average wage price, equipment and material prices, overheads, total surcharges, calculation sheets K3, K4, K6 and K7. Conversion of variable prices according to ÖN B 2111. Examination of price adequacy (unit prices, price shares "wage" and "other", total price); in-depth offer review in accordance with BVergG 2018; dealing with speculative prices; Dealing with additional cost claims: supplementary audit. Examples of construction calculation and cost accounting.
