Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to design a residential building in a special location.

THEME

At the top of the Laaerberg in Vienna's Favoriten district, between the urban freeway in the west and the Laaer Wald, a forest in the east, a new township is to be built on Viola Park housing estate.


Subject of course

TASK

 On the site of the new Viola Park township high quality  living spaces are to be developed regarding public areas and building interiors.
