Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to understand the strategic role of procedural work in architectural design, as well as to conceive, plan and manage individual design processes more consciously. Design your design process!

Subject of course

Planungsmethoden Übungen structurally analyzes design processes, makes aware of different phases of designing, and researches on methods of analysis, conception and development of architectural design.

Teaching methods

Different design processes are discussed on a theoretical level by means of impulse lectures and text analyzes, as well as examined, evaluated and experimentally developed on the basis of built and own student projects.
