Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to design a hotel room that fits a special group of guests or a special guest or corresponds to a specific hotel concept. The aim is not to design a standard room, but a room with an innovative room concept.

Subject of course

The subject area "Temporary Housing" includes all those forms of living that - unlike permanent housing - are brought about by a temporary change of location and generally do not have a complete household. There are roughly two groups: homes and hotels. The focus of the exercise is the design of a hotel room.
