Aim of course

Deepening of the teaching 253.750, 253.751 and 253.752; gaining in-depth knowledge on the methods and application of scheduling, cost planning and controlling of complex architectural projects - within the life cycle of buildings.

Subject of course

Scheduling, resource planning, network planning technique; path-time / time-performance / time-volume diagrams, 4D-BIM, time management within the planning and construction phases.

Cost planning according to ÖN B 1801.1 and DIN 276, digital quantity determination, 5D-BIM, element cost calculation, life cycle costing according to ÖN B 1801.2, cost management during the planning and construction phases.

Planning and management of target costs.

Consultation hours: Friday, 11:00, Abt. Hochbau I + Entwerfen.
