Aim of course

Deepening of the teaching 253.52 und 253.762: Calculation of (building) costs according to ÖN B 2061, price conversion according to ÖN B 2111 and substantive tender examination according to § 125 BVergG.

Subject of course

calculation of prices according to ÖN B 2061: price components, average wages, prices of equipment and material, overhead costs, total surcharge, calculation sheets K3, K4, K6 and K7.
plausibility check of construction, delivery and service offers (unit prices, components "wages" and "other", total price), substantive tender evaluation acc. to § 125 BVergG, handling speculative prices.
examination of supplements: supplementary audit, Anti-Claim-Management.
examples on price calculation.
