Elaboration and application of organisational principles and tools for the implementation of complex architectural and construction projects with a virtual project room:

Terms and definitions: systems engineering, systemic management, quality management systems, process modells, process benchmarking.

Project organisation: draft, planning, building and management of complex architectural projects: description of the processes and communication modes for working with a virtual project room.

Systemic management: Compilation of a project manual for the data and information management in a virtual project room: process organigram, specifications and communication of the project team (client, users, consultants, project management, facility management, planners, local site supervision, building contractors,...), project modifications, documentation.

Project work in cooperation with the course "Iterative Architectural Planning and BIM". Public presentation and defence.

Bachelor's degree in architecture or civil engineering, industrial engineering, spatial planning or similar.
