• consolidation of the contents of the lecture "Processes and Management of Complex Architectural Projects",
• preparation for the course "Iterative Architectural Planning and BIM".

• Project organisation: draft, planning, building and management of complex architectural projects: description of the processes and communication modes for working with a virtual project room.
• Systemic management:
  Compilation of a project manual for the data and information management in a virtual project room: process organigram, specifications and communication of the project team (client, users, consultants, project management, facility management, planners, local site supervision, building contractors,...), project modifications, documentation.
