After successful completion of the course, students are able to manage and carry out complex architectural projects in all phases of planning and construction. Technical and methodological skills: Systems Engineering; planning and construction project management as design, control and steering tasks for the successful implementation of architecturally high quality planning, construction and real estate projects; Procurement and contract law; Innovation, social and problem-solving skills.
