Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to deal with and challenge the cultural and sociopolitical basics of designing schools and health and custody facilities as well as to present and discuss their reflections and results in an appropriate manner.

 

Subject of course

Distinct positions should be formulated regarding the topic of „Hospitals – the total institution“ based on individually elaborated parameters and presented in an appropriate manner. Permitted means of expression are performance, video, audio, comic or slide presentation.

Encouragement to critically challenge assigned design tasks

Encouragement and development of social and self-competence, autonomous working and acting  as well as teamwork
