Social skills, innovation skills and creativity: Promotion of the ability to communicate and interdisciplinary cooperation with those involved in the construction and planning process
Kennenlernen der Instrumente und Werkzeuge für die Planungspraxis. Diskussion des Berufsbildes des Architekten/der Architektin hinsichtlich seines/ihres Selbstverständnisses als Generalist, Dienstleister oder Spezialist bzw. als Partner im Planungsprozess. Untersuchung der ökologischen, ökonomischen und soziokulturellen Qualitäten eines Gebäudes. Vorstellung von Prinzipien und Methoden zur Reduktion des Energieverbrauchs unserer Gebäude. Vorstellung alternativer Bauweisen, konstruktiver und materialtechnischer Neu- und Weiterentwicklungen hinsichtlich ihrer Bedeutung für die Nachhaltigkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit in Errichtung, Betrieb und Unterhaltung von Strukturen und Gebäuden.
Vertiefung des Grundwissens über Materialien und Werkstoffe, deren sowie über deren Verhalten und Fügeprinzipien unter Einbeziehung von Professionalisten aus der Bau- und Planungspraxis. Überblick und Diskussion der Richtlinien, Vorschriften, Standards und Normen im Bauwesen und deren Auswirkungen auf die Planungspraxis.
