The seminar involves after a demonstration of different light sources, reflectors and luminairies a workshop where students will construct a simply lighting installation at the Zumtobel Light ForumVienna. Module participants are offered extra light corrections.
On the basis of various light designing philosophies, the course shows the way light influences space. The objective consists in sensitizing in the period of conception on behalf of implementing artificial and natural light. Light becomes a device as for designing space by implementing light openings and light systems the right way. The objective of the course is to see and understand light in the space.

The introduction to the workshop is mandatory for those wanting to participate in the module RG
Viewing of the building site: THU, 13 October 2016, 09:15 a.m.
The viewing of the building site takes place in the morning.
The meeting point is in the space laboratory at 09:15 a.m.
Exercise blocks, critiques: always Wednesdays afternoon, 2 pm - 6 pm in Raumlabor
