Subject of course

The aims of the design course concentrate on the adaptive re-use of listed monuments, especially of industrial monuments like historic factory buildings, workshops, industrial plants or habitations of the working class.

The design course offered in the winter term will deal with devastated "death areas" along the riverside of the Donaukanal which are resulting from functional change and loss of former importance.
