Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to carry out all the steps required to prepare a publication. In the course, the various work steps such as research, preparation of existing documents, writing independent contributions as well as their formatting and layout are implemented and essential tools such as suitable software are used. The aim is to produce a collective scientific publication.

Subject of course

As part of the course, students research given topics within North American architectural history and write and layout corresponding articles so that the final result is a collective publication with the participation of students and lecturers.

The course is held in conjunction with the excursion to the USA (251.702).
