The design course aims at discussing of the arrangements of workmanlike conservation at the monument as well as creating building projects within historical and listed building constructions.

The Rechsteiner winery is settled in Piavon di Oderzo in the Italian Veneto and is in the possession of the barons ot Stepski-Doliwa since several generations. The built heritage of the winery dates back to the 17th century, the villa and also the agricultural building ensemble are listed monuments. The imposing wine-cellar, which has been alienated as a horse-stable by troops of the Austrian-Hungarian army hundred years ago, incorporates under its roof the biggest known room without supporting pillars in northern Italy.

Considering an increase in production some alterations will be necessary.

Die Einführung in die Lehrveranstaltung findet am Mittwoch, dem 10. Oktober 2018 um 14:00 Uhr c.t. im SemR 251 (Stiege III / 2. OG) statt.

Die Exkursion nach Venetien / Oberitalien wird in der Zeit von 21. bis 25. Oktober 2018 abgehalten. Die Teilnahme an der Exkursion ist unabdingbare Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme an der Entwerfen-Übung.
