After successful completion of the course, students are able to organize both single and group tours; espacially students are able to complete and to increase wisdom about the handling and managing of survivals and monuments of the industrial past in different countries.
The excursion on industrial archaeology will be guided to Cluj-Napoca, a historic town in Transylvania / Romania which has been marked by the formative influence of industry since the second half of the 19th century.
Travel, inspection and survey, as well as specific reports to condense knowledge about the subject of the excursion
The excursion will be held in common with the design course 251.847 Denkmalpflege und Entwurf. Strategien der Umnutzung.
