In this stuiio we will design a research camp on the island of Lazzaretto Novo for international students (hostel and reserach facilities)

In this design studio we will focus on the design of an archeological research and education camp in venice. We want to extend the existing summer academy with seminar rooms, office space an a hostel  and  transform it into an international university camp that operates the whole year. Our main focus will be to inegrate the complex existing architectural structures but alos to establish links to other educational and research institutions in Venice.

An excursion to venice will be offered Nov 10-13, 2017.
